Pediatric Physical Therapy & Wellness
We offer holistic pediatric physical therapy and wellness support for children of all ages — from newborns to young adults. Whether you’re concerned about tummy time, motor milestones, or overall movement challenges, we’re here to guide your child’s development in a fun, supportive, and meaningful way.
Our whole-body approach looks at everything from head to toe — because it’s all connected. We take the time to assess not just movement, but breathing, feeding, nervous system regulation, and function, so your little one can move easier, feel better, and shine brighter.
Infant Feeding Support
Feeding shouldn’t feel like a struggle. Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, or both — we take a full-body approach to understand the root of your baby’s challenges.
We assess:
- Airway and breathing
- Tongue and oral motor function
- Body tone and posture
- Reflexes and coordination
From newborn latching issues to older infants struggling with transitions, we’re here to support feeding success and reduce stress at home.
Myofunctional Therapy
Our targeted sessions support healthy oral motor function, facial development, and breathing patterns. Myofunctional therapy helps improve muscle tone, tongue and jaw coordination, and oral habits that can affect feeding, speech, and sleep—especially in children with sleep-disordered breathing.
We commonly work with children who experience:
- Mouth breathing
- Tongue thrust or reverse swallowing
- Oral Motor Delays
- Low muscle tone or poor oral coordination
- Challenges with feeding, chewing, or drinking
- Habitual thumb-sucking or pacifier use
Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT)
Our gentle, hands‑on Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) supports infants through adults by releasing tensions in the craniosacral system — the membranes and fascia surrounding the skull, spine, and sacrum. This whole‑body technique encourages nervous system & fascial balance, improved breathing, better sleep, and enhanced movement.
For infants and children, CFT can be especially helpful for: torticollis or head‑positioning challenges, fussiness or difficulty with feeding or tummy time, sleep disruptions, and developmental motion blockages.
For older children, teens, and adults, the therapy supports facial and jaw development, improved posture and alignment, gentle release after injury or trauma, and enhanced nervous system regulation.
Sessions are available in‑clinic in Altamonte Springs and virtually across Florida…perfect for families looking for flexible, holistic support.
- Infant & toddler support: head & neck tension, feeding/tongue issues, sleep regulation
- Childhood & adolescent support: posture/alignment, facial/jaw development, nervous system regulation
- Adult & caregiver support (optional): postural recovery, stress/trauma release, breathing & fascia integration

Baby & Toddler Classes
Looking for expert guidance on tummy time, crawling, or walking? We occasionally offer small-group, movement-based classes for pre-crawlers, crawlers, and new walkers. These sessions are designed to help your baby stay on track with motor milestones — and help you feel more confident supporting their growth at home. Led by a licensed pediatric physical therapist, each class blends purposeful play, parent education, and gentle movement strategies.
Classes are offered at select times throughout the year and vary by age group and skill level.
